Brilliant selection of tea and always delighted with the product. The Japanese Green Tea with Cherry is especially nice and also a good selection of White Tea and decaff options. Love the product but the supply chain needs sharpening up. Takes a while to arrive, which given the delivery charge they really need to get better at. No attempts or options at Christmas to speed up a delivery, so had to go elsewhere. But bought with enough notice and if you are not fussed about receiving updates on your order, I highly recommend them

Love this company. Great choice and superb customer services. Had a tiny glitch with a product and issue was resolved cheerfully and swiftly. Top job.

Ordered tea on 10.15.21, knowing it would take awhile since it was traveling across the pond. After the initial emails confirming my order and the package shipping out, I did not hear anything until 1.26.22. That is when I got an email stating that the package had been returned to the company*, and did I want a refund? Disappointed by the whole experience and the lack of tea, I said yes, please refund me. To this day, however, I only ever received a partial refund. This, in spite of my emailing back and providing screenshots of the original charge and requesting the remainder of the refund. Learned my lesson the hard way, never ordering tea from this company again. *= USPS somehow couldnt find the address that Ive been using since 1995, and of course made no effort to contact me.
