I have used Jenny many times before, and have to say she was there with a Christmas present drama, someone else badly let me down with getting something completed, emailed Jenny and she couldn't do anything more to help me, got the garments to her the same day and was completed within hours. I contacted Jenny to arrange for a custom made patch to a garment for a friend. She's been absolutely fantastic. Friendly and professional. The custom patch was a difficult one to produce but a superb job has been made of it, and a lot quicker than expected too. I can't recommend this company enough. This was only a single item that I'd ordered this time and, may not need any more custom embroidery doing in future. If I do though, then I know EXACTLY who to contact for it.
