        Great location, just off the M6, with a large car park. It has a self service reception, but someone on hand to help out chat, as required. The staff were all very friendly. The hotel was clean and much what is expected for this type. For some reason if I opened the window it created a draft through the door which made it sound as though I had a ghost, funny for the first 5 minutes, then rather annoying. I consider this a building issue, rather than something the hotel can solve, and once I shut the window it stopped. There is a grill and Starbucks on the ground floor. I stayed for business so had a pre-booked breakfast. The usual help yourself got and cold buffet. The hot good looked fresh and tasted good. The only reason for knocking it downa start was the lack of any decaf coffee, apparently the hotel no longer supplies it. I appreciate i could have bought one from Starbucks, but I think it should be standard.
