It's ok but relatively small gym & not a lot of variety of gym gear for me personally. Pool, steam room & jacuzzi is great but I'm not a big fan of gym! Took 2 direct debits one month then said they had not received them & took them almost 1 week to find them. But told I could not use gym in mean time got no apology or any kind of commission off. So for almost 1 week paid for a membership I could not use. I can led membership then. But still had cheek to charge me full 3 months cancellation fee after losing my payment for 1 week! Gold package not really worth it I had to chase to chase my first well being/weight check in & never heard anything again to book in another! You don't get what is fully offered in the gold membership do not recommend. All about making money don't fully do what is offered in memberships! Also don't see see PT's around that much.
