        Amazing quality every time - the only place I would ever use for my hair pieces. The staff cant do enough for my requests

        Took my order, and didn't dispatch for several days despite claiming to dispatch the next day. She didn't send, didn't send, didn't send. Then cancelled my order leaving me in the lurch trying to find something for Royal Ascot with only one day to spare. She will leave you without any time at all to get a replacement, rather than face the facts that she offers a poor service. Do not believe the dispatch times and leave at least a month for your order to be fulfilled, if you must order at all. I would recommend that you don't order at all. Edited to add: The description of the listing said "Next Day Delivery" several times, and in fact said, "The estimated dispatch time is not accurate, we do next day delivery every day except Sunday". I ordered well before Ascot but she only told me she couldn't do it a couple of days before. Again, I recommend ordering a month beforehand or not at all. She honestly didn't try at all to accommodate, she just blew a raspberry at me. In addition, the 5* review from Daniel Parker is from the business owner herself - check it on the website!
