        Initial response to blocked drain was good. But when secondary work was required the crew turned up with incorrect equipment and were unable to do much but take CCTV survey. It then took over 4 weeks to get further quotation which wanted to me to pay again for work they hadnt done. The initial operative told me what was required but this info was not passed on. I do not know why I now appear to have dropped off the radar I certainly have not been unpleasant in my communications . I'd avoid the sevenoaks branch like the plague I certainly have to go elsewhere for completion now
