Very poor service Ive got a service plan Ive been waiting for over week now for my boiler to be repaired And it still not repaired now absolute joke waste of money I wouldnt recommend this company very un reliable

Left me mum without a boiler for a month, middle of winter. 4 weeks without heating or hot water over Christmas and while it was down to -8 temperatures. Still ongoing as well, excuse after excuse, and getting through on the phone is 2 hours of misery you wont want to put yourselves through every couple of days, for weeks on end.

This is the worst company ever!!! Avoid avoid and again avoid! It's January, our boiler stopped working after 2years since buying so still on warranty and what? 1.5 week after calling them, engineer came to have a look and decided to order a part, then 3 days later they decided to replace boiler for new one and booked this for Wednesday which is another 5days later! All together waiting for hot water and heating almost 3weeks! It's ridiculous, my both kids are sick already as we have 13C at home and washing our self in a bowl with water from kettle! Don't recommend it! They treat people like animals, while they have nice and cosy warm houses and hot water! I hate them with all of my heart!

The boiler is fantastic. Quiet and super efficient. But the company behind it is awful. Paid for a boiler care plan to cover cost of an annual service for first 2 years. First year the engineer was more interested in trying to find fault with its installation, as it wasn't officially fitted by their company, than doing the service. Really didn't feel like he serviced it properly. The second year, 2 months after the plan finished, I'm still waiting for the service. Their excuse for the delay?. They are too busy fixing broken boilers to do service calls. Clearly they need more engineers! To top it all today, even though my care plan is finished, they helped themselves to a new higher amount from my bank account with no warning which is in clear violation of the direct debit code. Eventually got through on the phone. The man I spoke to couldn't have cared less. His attitude was 'how dare I want a service in winter' (not my fault they didn't do it in say Sept or Oct) and that I'll just have to wait. He refused to give me any time frame for how long and gave no apology for helping themselves out of my bank account. In fact he was down right rude. Told him so and what I think of the company. Sadly I've learnt over the last 2 years that his attitude seems to be normal for this company. Will never buy another Alpha Boiler due to the appalling lack of after care and customer service. Shame really as the boilers themselves truly are fantastic.

If you had asked me this morning and if it was possible I would have given them a minus 5 star rating They never answer the phone so i could arrange a boiler service but took my money every month for this service I received a letter yesterday renewing my contracts I phoned the phone line dealing with payments to.them which was answered in a few rings and told them.what I thought of them They said someone wlll phone me back which is where my rating changes - they did and agreed service rubbish that my contract is cancelled and then arranged for a service to be carried out the next day Also apologiseed and said they are trying harder which I believe to be true If they answered the phone and let people know then it would be fine much like a bank through they just don't seem to care It's a shame but I wish them.welll
