Ive been seeing Cass now regularly for a couple of years after an operation on my spine left me with muscle and nerve pain issues. Cass certainly knows what shes doing and very knowledgeable on muscle and pain issues and I now have my mobility in my arm and leg back. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Cass to anybody with similar problems.

Cass has encyclopaedic knowledge and applies it brilliantly. I cant recommend her highly enough for both acute and chronic issues. Her treatment room is pristine and welcoming and of course shes utterly charming. The follow up exercises are so useful and helpful too. Definitely a 10* review for Cass and Welfit.

Cass is really knowledgeable and thorough. I have been going to see Cass now for maybe 2 years and she has fixed many ailments that I have had like a frozen shoulder and a very painful knee. It takes time for the treatments to work fully but I always get relief straight away from the pains that I get. Thank you Cass.

Wonderful modern equipped Air Conditioned practice. Cass is so welcoming, and listens patiently to your issues. She is so knowledgeable and the treatment plan for my Frozen Shoulder and Plantar Fasciitis were discussed and successful. I go back for regular top ups for other niggles etc. Thank you so much
