Such an amazing GP. Honestly I've never had issue with this centre. The receptionist and staff are amazing very professional and always try their best to answer your inquiries. One of the best compared to other gps I've been to. Keep up the brilliant work. And thank you for your service. Also Dr Roy bornali is an amazing doctor. She's always been brilliant and seeing how my health is affecting me and giving me the best advise and treatment.

Edit: The experience has gone downhill, reception has no emphaty or patience for patients, they were the only good thing about this practice but now they are all just absolutely rude! Doctors are unreliable at best and rude and discriminating at worst. I never felt fully comfortable at the practice but it keeps getting worse! What absolute shame! Original: The reception staff and the nurses are always nice and helpful as much as they can, they always tried to assist me and listen to my queries! The doctors on the other hand are all rude, they dont listen and they dont care! I dont think I have ever encountered such disinterested doctors, to the point of refusing to listen or do anything because your 10 min are nearly over, this is unbelievable and unacceptable! Patient health matters more then your targets, you should shame of yourself!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Worst experience ever, this practice used to be just slightly better but it has gone down, my latest experience with the rude and sarcastic reception staff has left me in distress! If you are searching for help and support search somewhere else because by the time you get an appointment you could die of whatever you have! The doctors are even worse, most of them made me feel uncomfortable and ignored everything what I said, one male old male doctor (the primary at this practice) even implied I lied or exaggerated about being in pain, which was then proved wrong by the specialist that diagnosed me, but it took me 2 years to convince them to send me to see one. I care about my health, this practice doesn't care about its patients, I will be leaving Essex lodge practice soon.

Dear Essex lodge I have been with Essex lodge for over 18 years they are excellent they are doing Thier best to try to help every one people should understand that the NHS is under pressure the nurses and doctors put Thier life at risk helping others they deal with all different type of people hundreds if not in thousands we should give them them credit they deserve. People that complain should consider to go private and see how many thousands of pounds it will cost. Once again thank you Essex lodge and all the NHS staff M.t.w
