Greengate Medical Centre

I have been registered at this surgery for years, I cannot recommend Dr Soomro, Dr Gopi, and Dr Khanna enough, they are brilliant, they listen to my concerns are very patient in that 10 mins slot for 1x problem. Dr Hadeel in the other hand is a gp I will be avoiding, every time I had a consultation with her, I have found her to be not bothered about patients concerns, always interupts when you are trying to talk about the problem, and clearly doesnt care. I have only booked with her as its hard to get appointments with the others or the waiting is long, I will be taking her advise and not book with her in the future, she is rude and not compassionate towards patient. She needs to learn from the other GP,'s. I also want to add the receptionist especially Anita, and Sara have always been kind and helpful.

Have been attending for many years(I was there today) I have always found the surgery helpful and supportive I do feel the telephone consultation side needs tightening up a little

Hi Similar to those who complained already; I have to be honest though, receptionist were allright; the MAIN problem I had is that the ' doctor ' Loiziana didn't see me being late 11min, even though you're allowed 15min Anyway , if you come on the dot, you still wait 20 or 30 min which is fine for her / them but not vice-versa I even heard her saying: No, next time...I don't want to see him now Are you freaking serious? I spent money for travel as I was coming from work; canceled a shift working and Dr Loiziana says: I m in my comfort zone, don't really care - - - 10 if possible, because of the human being( questionable) Loiziana who only wants her paycheck, not looking after patients You should be ashamed of yourself, " doctor" Good experience though with some of the others, Dr Akuji e.g _ If you book and hear her name_ run away and do it fast, book someone else

My experience at Greengate Medical Centre was nothing short of a nightmare. If I could give this place zero star, I would. It is clear that the Doctors at this surgery have no idea what they are doing and should be struck off immediately by the GMC. The Nurses are no better - instead of focusing on their job, they are more interested in probing personal questions about your family and marital life. This is not only unprofessional but downright invasive. I have serious doubts about the accuracy of the cervical smear test I received, and I am sure that I am not the only one who feels this way. As if that wasn't enough, the receptionists are equally terrible. They are rude, careless, and prone to mistakes with appointments. When confronted about their mistakes, they act insolent and entitled, as if it is the patients who are at fault. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unbecoming of anyone who works for the NHS. The people of Plaistow deserve better than this. If you value your health and well-being, I strongly suggest you avoid this surgery at all costs. The doctors, nurses, and receptionists at Greengate represent everything that is wrong with the NHS.
