The Nightingale Clinic

I attended this clinic for a consultation to get a wisdom tooth extraction. It took 1.5 hours to get seen by the orthodontist!! When I asked the reception staff ( who were lovely) why it was taking so long they did not understand why either, as there was literally no patients left to see when I went. A couple who came way after me was seen before me and the orthodontist did not even explain why it took so long nor did he have the decency to update me on how long it was going to take to be seen. I waited 1.5 hours for no reason. Unprofessional!

We saw Dr Claire Marshall...how lovely!!! She was amazing with my son, very reassuring and very clear in explaining everything to him. The whole staff, I must say, were amazing: polite, welcoming and super efficient! Really impressed!

The dentists, dental nurses and receptionists are some of the best I have ever come across. They do there very best to make a stressful experience as pleasant as possible. The dentist I saw was exceptional.

The receptionist are fantastic and so polite and helpful. Had tooth extraction and the process was explained and I was reassured about sedation. Clinic is clean and all the staff are wonderful. Thankyou

Staff here are excellent. The hygienist is a lovely lady who explained teeth cleaning process well but the polish and scale process was seriously lacking. Performed hastily and teeth did not feel clean afterwards.
