The two shop keepers/owners were great at service. They accepted my interparcel(yodel) togo where others just ignored as they were not making profit outta it. They were empathetic as they were understanding why I must send the parcel. They also advised me how to ship the kind of togos I was sending. Thanks and Cheers.

Saved a night without gas. British Gas top up when all the other shops locally had their machine offline or not working at 10.30pm. store still open at 10 post 11pm. Micheal who manned the till assured everyone to go direct to his shop for top up even at 12am they can stay open apparently.

I have been coming to this store for many years never had a problem with the staff were always nice to me and even gave me 20 pence credit ones, which I have given back to them. This shop use to be my favorite local community shop until today. I went there to purchase a small pack of rizlas for my tobacco I was 9 pence short so I kindly asked one of the staff if he/she can give me a credit of petty 9 pence and that I would drop it off around 3pm this happened around 2pm today. I feel down and I am not happy how the staff dealt with me at all. I am a regular customer well I was until today. Maybe the staff were frustrated or not in a good mood but no excuse for poor customer service. This could off been easily avoided.
