    Zohib came and charged me and done nothing he stood there asked me questions about the fridge and said Ill come back but I need my call out fee and he didnt come. He literally stole from me. Never recommending them. The boss has not got back to me too. So if you want to be robbed in broad daylight too freeze is the place to go. Waste people

    Absolute scammers and incompetents. Charged me 300 for a fix to my fridge freezer (for a well described issue). The fix didnt work (they clearly didnt actually know what the issue was). Then promised to return to fix it but seem to now (mysteriously) not been able to as their van has been in for repair for over 3 days. Then promised a 200 refund which course they havent done.

    I used Top Freeze to replace an integrated Miele fridge / freezer at a recently renovated flat. I had confirmed that Top Freeze were able to install Miele appliances. Not only do Top Freeze charge extra for rotating the doors on the fridge freezer (which was not made clear when they were booked) the installer did not know how to accomplish this and I ended up having to explain to them how the hinges worked. This was not what I expected. Unfortunately the installation damaged the new wooden floor which had been laid in the kitchen, as the installers dragged the appliance on the floor. Finally, the installers did not properly install the fridge freezer, as despite connecting it to the mains water the integral ice maker did not work. Miele technicians then had to come out to rectify the installation and they detailed the appliance had not been installed correctly. Not only was this company expensive, but they did not install the appliance correctly. I would not recommend this company and would strongly advise against using them.

    An absolute waste of time and money. My mother forked out 80 for a repair on a fridge and the issue is still not resolved. We are still experiencing the same problem and will probably have to call someone more with experience. Money wasted and nothing ever resolved! I very much doubt this company knows what their doing when it comes to repairs.

    Asking for an invoice for well over a month as I need one in order to claim back the money. Repeatedly saying they cant give one as the system is down. Rude on the phone. Would never use these people again.
