I am done with this terrible excuse of a GP practice, and I have decided to leave this surgery. No flexibility at all. The doctors here seem lazy. This surgery has been using an idiotic form system for the past 5 years. You cannot even get an appointment easily and you must try again at 8am. I was told to refill a form the next day. You can only fill one medical problem per form. Its as though you go through a raffle system, and they pick and choose which raffle ticket gets through. They told me 9.30 am would be my appointment. She called at 9.59 am and the call went straight to voicemail, and she said, GP and hanged up. I called to get a call back. She called again at 10.36 am with a voicemail saying she called several times and that I need to rebook. She did not call 'several' times and I feel that I wasted my time staring at a phone screen. Please learn what the word several means. I have a life! I have been waiting for over an hour. I dont have the patience to keep filling forms at 8am and anxiously awaiting whether my request has been accepted or not. They have the audacity to say that they called you several times when they didnt. They get paid for 1 minute phone calls and I have wasted 1 whole hour of my precious time for a call that was scheduled to never happen.

Probably the worst surgery in the entire world ! The only way you can see a GP is if you "fill in a form" at 8am in the morning ! This is a new "lazy". They came up with this system during covid which was fair enough but now the cases are low but they still carry on doing the online form thing shows how lazy GPs have gone during COVID and are just looking for reasons to work unless under the umbrella of "Covid". Please dont waste your time in this surgery and register somewhere else. They want all the money they get from the Gov per patient but they don't want to see the patients as they are "busy" GROSS ! I hope this review gets the GPs partners to rethink and change for future.
