        Sales people dont have enough knowledge about their collection. For example, ex-pco car can apply for renewal where the brand new one cant. Emma who answers the call doesnt have any clue about the show room collections and pick the easy route and refer to the website.

        Went in for a re-call at midday on 22.3.23. to replace the airbag free of charge on my 2004 Avensis. Impressed that they still care about such old cars. The staff were extremely accomodating and the extremely professional - the lady at reception was dealing with a fair number of rude and difficult customers in a very professional manner. I was given a table, wifi and free tea and biscuits and the upgrade completed in 1.5 hours. The car was also cleaned inside and out - all free of charge. Unfortunately for the garage Toyota have designed my car to be so reliable that it never breaks down and so I generally have little need to ever get it repaired or replaced.
