Touchwood Pharmacy

Probably one of the only pharmacies Ive been in where all the staff are friendly and helpful evey time I visit. Marc who owns/runs it is brilliant.

Becton-Dickinson has machines that do 10x better job than this pharmacy. They never have my prescription ready on time. Repeat prescription every two months, call it in 4 days ahead of time before I run out, yet they never have it ready. Call each day and they dont know when its coming in. When you do go, they have to go through dozens and dozens of paper prescriptions every time to find yours. No organization, no system. Theyre working from the 1950s. Moving pharmacies to one more competent.

When my diabetes test cassette failed twice I was basically called a liar by the rude lady in the blue nurse outfit with glasses not the first time Ive witnessed her being rude have now changed pharmacy. She is unprofessional and should not be working with the public.

Very friendly and accommodating. Stayed behind after closing to complete an allergy test.

I just popped into this evening, coming straight from the GP for my medication. They were closing. However, they kindly gave me my meds instead of saying they were closing and asked me to go back another day. So, thank you!!
