        10/10 customer service, 10/10 public liability quotation. I really felt at ease when I contacted JD Insurance. They were so helpful and got my art installation public liability coverage when many other insurance agency had failed. John Doyle is a very pleasant man to deal with.

        I took out a policy with this company, after carefully going through all the questions with them thoroughly on the phone.Anyway documents came through and they had filled in wrong some of the answers so i contacted them straightway, they eventually came back to me to say unfortunately the insurers say this means the policy has to go up by 900!Needless to say, I immediately cancelled the policy! The only reason for one star was the ladies i dealt with from jd travel were helpful and apologetic. Very disappointed and stressuful when it didnt need to be.
