An excellent service. Karen was a fantastic organiser but more than that a very kind and warm person who helped us a great deal at a very difficult time. The funeral directors on the day were excellent and meant we were able to deliver the goodbye we wanted to give.

I used James Harper for my uncles funeral in March 2023. I have never arranged a funeral before, but felt in completely safe hands with Karen, whose help, knowledge & attention to detail was faultless. We chose to use James Harper because they came across as truly genuine. We dealt with a lovely lady who couldn't have been more understanding and who gave us all the support and help we needed. She also put us in touch with a wonderful Celebrant who helped us get through a very difficult and traumatic time. I thoroughly recommend them. They were extremely professional throughout, as well as adding those extra personal touches, which is exactly what a grieving family need when going through such a heart-breaking experience.

Compassion and professional service from start to finish. We had a few bespoke requirements, all directed and catered for with no issues. Karen managed all arrangements without a hitch, keeping us informed at every stage and the celebrant, James, was excellent.
