        Put dry cleaning in on a Monday, agreed pick up for Thursday, get a call on the Wednesday saying decided to close on Thursday and could I pick up then. Wasn't possible so said he would open for collection, on day said he'll be there for 4pm to collect, 25 past and still waiting outside as need suits for work which I will now be late for. Completely unprofessional for a business Service: Alterations

        This man ripped, drained the colour and stained my brand new winter coat (150) and when I asked him what had happened he said 'sometimes these things happen). No apology, I then said I don't feel I should have to pay considering my coat had been ruined at which point he ripped my coat from my hand and came in a close proximity to my face and said 'what am I gonna do about it!' I'm totally shocked in fact feel disgusted by this horrible man threatening and trying to intimidate me. I half felt like reporting to the police. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT UR CLOTHES RUINED!!!
