Gary worked a miracle with my old Diplomat dishwasher. Based upon our phone conversation, he came prepared - and had replacements for parts for which originals are no longer available. Even though things looked bleak due to the age and the condition of the old appliance, he persisted until it was fixed. When I mentioned that the cooker hood hasn't worked for some time, he looked at it and found out that the fuse had blown and fixed this as well. Gary is highly skilled, efficient and knows his trade. Gary, once more, came to our rescue! We have a problem with our Washing machine and he sorted it out really quickly and effectively, giving us an explanation of the problem and why it happens. Had an issue with my Neff dishwasher code E-31, a quick call to Gary and explained the problem, within 24 hours the dishwasher was back up and running better than ever. Gary is super professional and was able to show me everything causing the issue, I cannot recommend him enough.
