We paid 6999 to get our fractional ownership timeshare cancelled with our money back. This was in Autumn 2017. They lost some paperwork but passed most of it on to an agency in the Canaries. We arranged power of Attorney and we are told that our case was lodged in the lower court by a lawyer on 22.01.2019. This is very slow progress. Because we paid Andrew Lewis Consultancy we hold them responsible for slow progress. We hope to see documentation of this progress soon. We cannot see what we paid our money for and wonder whether we should either have started with actual legal representation rather than an agency. Should this have been in UK or Canaries? Who do you trust in the world of timeshare? .
