        I have used Otter SouthWest several times, and they are always helpful, never more so than when they installed our Air Source Heat Pump stopped working. The team responded, came out to survey the house and completed heat loss calculations efficiently. The installation is incredibly tidy, and efficient, as well as running quietly. From the team in the office to the plumbers and electrician, really friendly and helpful. Service: Heating system maintenance
