        Most things were closed - early Monday evening. There were no stirrers or paper napkins by the Costa machine, and the assistant (when he appeared) could do nothing about it - not even apologise. Miserable experience.

        Been here lots of times. Decided to try the Fresh Food Cafe as it wasn't busy at 9.30am and I fancied a bacon bap. Well, don't waste your money, the bacon was tough and obviously just warmed up for the bap and the bap fell apart as I ate into it. The bap was obviously frozen and defrosted to order. My wife had a bagel with cheese which she found equally unappetising. Not quite sure how it got the name Fresh Food Cafe.
