        Just wanted to write a little review about the lovely service I received on my journey yesterday. It makes such a difference when you get a service with a smile. Im gutted I didnt get the lovely girls name but whoever served me was delightful. Despite the hot weather she gave fantastic customer service. She was so friendly and made sure I used my Costa card which has actually given me a free tea this morning so win win! Such a lovely girl and she deserves to be recognised so thank you whoever you are. You really brightened my day for a boring long journey!
