Ashridge Nurseries

Great service and super helpful. Placed a number of orders with Ashridge recently and being a new project I needed a lot of help and guidance. Dan (and Clare) have been absolutely brilliant providing advice and dealing with all my questions as well as resolving an issue in a timely and professional way. (The videos on the website are really helpful as well). All in all cant fault the team at Ashridge, good quality products coupled with genuine customer service - Perfect, thank you.

I have just planted a Beech Hedge purchased from Ashridge Nurseries. I am not an expert gardener and have to say if I can do it, anyone can! The advice I received with my purchase made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, even the hedge looks happy!

There are probably better nurseries to use. I dont recommend using Ashridge. Details below should you want them: Had a disappointing experience with Ashridge Nurseries and it annoyed me that I could never get through on the phon - very slow dispatch, then no delivery, only had a response when I chased it up. Coincidentally they said it had been returned from the delivery company on the same day I chased it up but with one item missing, they no longer had it in stock so refunded me. Annoying as it was part of the planting plan. They said they had sent the original plants back to me, I mentioned I wasnt very happy with how long they would have been packaged up but said it would be ok. When the package finally arrived it was completely wrong - 4 trees rather than the 30 I had ordered and one spiral guard!! Very poor. Currently waiting for 3 attempt to see if its right.
