        I Had my 6mtr x 4mtr canopy fitted 2 weeks ago and was very pleased with the quality and service that i received from Lumac (Claire) I had the Lumac fitters install it and they (Dave & Jay) did an outstanding Job, they even cut the patio slabs rounds the legs and left the garden as tidy as it was . Great Service...

        filled out an online form to get a quote for 2x end fills for my canopy, didn't get a response. Just phoned them and got told that They are not doing end fills at the moment. It would have been good it they had stated this on their website or even replied to my quote request. She hung up on me when I stated that this was poor service from the company she worked for. **** Their reply is full of lies, they are just trying to save face, by twisting what happened and what was said. Just read their reply and make your own mind up. Oh yes my number is withheld for personal reasons ****
