Jo was absolutely fantastic, she was very welcoming and was so knowledgable about her practice. She really made you feel relaxed and took lots of time to hear what you wanted to get from the session. I would highly recommend.

What an amazing Lady, totally made me feel relaxed, supported and under no pressure to say or do anything I did not want to say or do. I have had 5 sessions and feel like a new woman, when I started my sessions I was a total wreck, now 5 weeks on I feel absolutely fabulous. I highly recommend Jo to anyone to visit. She is a lovely, non-judgemental person who offers practical and useful tools that you can carry on and use throughout life. I have really noticed the difference in only six weeks of sessions from how I view home and work life as well as myself. Jo has really made an impact with how I will move forward in life. Whatever issues and/or problems, or if you just need an honest and helpful outside perspective on an issue - Jo is your person, I cannot recommend her highly enough!
