Guys in here are really knowledgeable and will help you get exactly what you need. They could've quite easily have over sold to me what I needed but instead suggested the perfect ratting air rifle. I've since taken out the rats and my neighbours are none the wiser. Thank you guys. I can highly recommend this store.

Really abrasive and rude. Shocking customer service. Obviously doesn't care. My father and I were looking for a new rifle and we were shocked at how unhelpful and rude they were. Very dismissive. The guy smelt weird too.

No interest to sell to a serious buyer. Asked whether the rifle in question was available to which the member of staff could not have been less helpful, even though the exact air rifle was clearly displayed on the rack. Refused to open shop containing which, unless we were essentially going to buy the rifle there and then. Having driven a good distance to the shop, we wont be doing so again to be refused a look and denied entry because of a salesman that cant be bothered.

Excellent service and advice from Steve. I recently bought an air rifle as a complete novice and Steve talked me through every step of the process, with honest & straightforward advice. Very pleased and would highly recommend this place! Mike
