        Contacted the company, arranged a meeting, meeting went well I thought. Contractor was efficient, polite and knowledgeable and assured me my installation could be completed comfortably within a few weeks. I sent specific details as requested. After this I heard nothing. No email, no phone call. Phoned, slightly offhand receptionist assured me I would be phoned or emailed back. I was not. Phoned again. A quite rude and unhelpful receptionist informed me they were busy. Instead of time wasting it is more professional and helpful to inform customers that there will be a long wait and silence at the beginning. I would avoid.
