Yoo Kase (East Midlands Designer Outlet)

I booked for Yoo Kase in advanced but decided to pop in at an earlier date to see if it was possible to have it done while I was free. Laura was lovely as well as her other colleague, she said that I would be absolutely fine to take me then instead and walked me through everything I needed to know. My phone was very very broken, Ive never smashed a phone or seen one as bad as mine. Not only did they fix it and everything works but it was cheaper than expected and I got a discount for a screen protector. They were both lovely and made light out of the situation, would definitely recommend.

A big thank you to Adam for making my day. Thought my phone screen was cracked but he knew straight away that it was only the screen protector. Adam is very friendly and helpful and applied a new screen protector that is more appropriate for my phone.

After trying several places to get my Mums IPhone 12 we finally took it to Yoo Kase at East Midlands Designer Outlet. Right from the start Adam was helpful, friendly and nothing was to much trouble for him. When the phone came back we took it home and it still wasnt working properly. We took it back to Adam who was very obliging again and he sent it off for a second time. The phone is now perfect thanks to Adam and his patience. What excellent customer service we received and Adam is an absolute credit to the company.
