        Just been waiting outside for 45 minutes with a security guard as it was closed with no explanation.

        Thought shops here were supposed to be cheaper than high street, this shop isn't. High street has offer 'buy 1 get another for 1p' , this shop doesn't, they have buy 1 get 1 half price. Wish I had not bought anything and gone to high street instead and saved money!!

        The H&B hires the nicest and kindest staff I have ever experienced anywhere. They are knowledgable and always very happy and pleasant to help with whatever question I have. Today I thank Lara for her kindness.
