I feel I need to leave a review for the very poor customer experience I recieved today. Firstly, I walked into the store without being acknowledged by the three members of staff on the shop floor. I then found a pair of trainers with a red ticket price of 65. I asked the female member of staff for my size. She only returned back and refused to sell me the pair of trainers at the labelled price! Claiming the wrong price had been put on in error and that "there's no way I can sell them you at this price". I wasn't in the mood to argue as I was hoping for a nice, relaxed shopping experience. Having worked in retail I have always had to honour a price once its clearly marked down on an item. This isn't the first time Hugo Boss Mcarthur Glen have done this so I felt I needed to wrote this review. There was also also a top with 35 red sticker to which I double checked the price to be told the price is on the ticket. By this time I had to leave the shop. Rude, Unkind and horrible experience. Won't be going back.

I visited the Boss outlet to buy a suit for my graduation. I had the pleasure of meeting Max, who has only just recently joined their store. Max was so attentive and gave fantastic customer service. The other staff members were also very helpful, and collectively were able to find the right suit and style for me.

Great service, had a little chat about holiday prices with the salesman. Welcoming on entry but not all items were available in my husbands size.
