        Horrible place, terrible clothes, no fitting rooms, stressed staff, avoid at all costs

        What an experience! Went to get our sons feet measured. Sized and written down, shoes chosen, wasnt explained that we would need a fit test when measured. Jeez! The woman on the till needs some serious customer service training and cracking a smile wouldnt go a miss.

        Not a fan of Next personally, but I went in with my mum and I noticed how lovely staff are! The lady that served us greated us with a smile. Engaged in conversation and was lovely.
