Vale Pianos

Vale Pianos carried a tremendous refurb of my old piano, installing a digital keyboard in the old frame. They were so careful with the work and involved me whenever there were queries. They also preserved for me various parts of the old mechanism, which had manufacturer's details and dates stamped on them. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Wonderful company. Highly knowledgable staff who really care about pianos and you as an individual customer. I'm delighted with my piano, and they even gave me a box of plums from their orchard!

August 2021 - Wonderfully welcoming and helpful staff. Great range of used and new pianos, all well presented and in excellent condition. Making an appointment using the website contact form was straightforward. I was allowed to try all the instruments and was not rushed at any point. I was given good advice without any hard sell. Vale were able to get my chosen piano delivered to Liverpool within a couple of days for my sister's birthday - just outstanding! June 2022 - I returned to Vale in March 2022 to look into an instrument for myself. Once again, I was welcomed, shown around, given good advice without hard sell, and allowed as much time as I needed to try out the instruments. The staff also moved an instrument from a carpeted room to one with hard floors so I could better assess the sound of the instrument I was trying. I purchased a beautiful used Schimmel grand piano that Vale happy to keep for me for 6 weeks while building work was completed in my home. Delivery was handled brilliantly by the Vale team again. I have recommended Vale Pianos to friends, one of whom I know is very happy with the Kawai upright she purchased from them. A wonderful place - do visit them!
