Always helpful staff, never too much of a queue when I've been and great you don't have to book a slot

As tips go, this is genuinely the best. Yes, a strange thing to say, but it's accessible (no ladders/platforms), easy to use (most skips are below you), comprehensive in terms of what materials they take, and has helpful, friendly staff. Oh, and they also have very reasonably-priced compost for sale, produced from all the recycled green waste.

Make sure you put your stuff in your car in a certain order as the skips are all in groups of about 5, with different parking places. Also, there is a parking space on the end of the second set of skips that is little used and not always pointed out by staff. Having said that, they're usually very helpful.
