        the person on till - likely to be owner - was so incredibly rude when i went to return a retail parcel. he kept on calling for shoppers who came to buy his store items - from behind the queue and when i told him i was waiting longer than them, he just made a rude face and made a rude comment quite belittling me for being a post office customer.he only served me when there was no shopper in the shop. not to visit him again.
