Had a great experience at reddot, really lovely team and so helpful! They had a great selection of jewellery and helped me create me create my bridal look exactly how I wanted it to be. Highly recommend!

Visited the store today to be met by 2 lovely ladies, Komal and Umang. I was looking for something specific and they were very patient in understanding my needs, allowing me to try on sets that were not the norm but also within my price bracket. Everything I tried was fantastic quality and they were clear and transparent, and gave suggestions on customisations options and time frames. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything or feel overwhelmed to leave the store (even tho I left 15 mins after my time was up). My whole experience was genuinely so lovely and even though I didn't anything yet, I feel closer to finding the jewellery peice I want. Thanks Komal and Umang!!

The best! My experience with red dot was my most favourite wedding activity by a long way! The store is lovely and the 1-1 bridal session with Umang and Komal is great. Umang has a great eye for detail and fully understood the look I was trying to create. There is no pressure to buy or to order more than you need. My bespoke set is the most beautiful thing Ive ever seen and I couldnt be happier! Thank you!

Their collection is absolutely beautiful, I got my bridal jewellery from there and I couldnt be more thrilled with it. I cannot wait to wear it. Their customer service is also brilliant, umang has been so lovely throughout the process!
