It was our first time in the UK dealing with chartered surveyors and we have been very impressed with Tayross Associates a truly first-class service. Carl OBoyle was very efficient in responding to our numerous enquiries, knowledgeable in providing friendly and thorough advice, and highly professional. We found him easy and very nice to work with, especially during the lockdown period ,when a Party Wall agreement had to be finalised and signed. Excellent service, detailed and thorough. Findings matched with respective experts for each field brought in later for estimates. Communication throughout was smooth and very helpful.

I am so glad we instructed Tayross for our Party Wall Agreements. There were a number of issues which Enrico dealt with diligently and expeditiously. He was very professional and patient in dealing with issues. Excellent communication in dealing with time critical issues. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
