Before I met Simac, I had heard and read about I AM Affirmations. Simac was articulate in explaining on how to apply it in real life. The results are amazing, I have been able to manage some of my health issues with great success. I met Simac at exactly the right time. I believe the words I used were 'I need help spinning a million plates' and I was late to our first meeting! I was questioning if I was even capable of doing my job because I just seemed to be achieving nothing and my outlook was so negative.
