My partner has been going to this tattoo studio for a long time and has always been happy. The customer service is outstanding. All the staff that work in ascendence tattoo shop are really nice and welcoming. The shop is clean and tidy lots off space. Ive been getting my tattoos from @craigbjtattoos for many years now. His work is quality you definitely get your moneys worth.

Do not use this service!!!! I made an appointment they made me travel to the shop multiple times! Which cost me loads of money.. happily took a deposit from me. I turned up to my appointment and after being there for an hour and a half I was told Im not getting the tattoo done. After telling me to reschedule and me saying I have no time to rescheduled and I cant. I got the most disgusting attitude from the shop and are refusing me deposit back. T&Cs say to give them 72hours notice and deposits are non refundable. They did not give me 72 hours notice and kept me at the shop for ages before telling me theyre not doing it and refused to give me the deposit even though I turned up and they cancelled on me!!! First of thank you to jade! Shes the loveliest tattoo artist in there! All the staff is really good very professional very friendly and they made us feel so comfortable and jade is so nice and she made me so comfortable as I was going to have my first tattoos and she is so kind towards you that I had 3 tattoos at the same time because shes so gentle and neat in her work! My husband also done his tattoos from her so I had trust on her that shell do the best! And here you go everybody loves my tattoos they see it and say wow!!! So thankful to jade!
