Sukh has been very professional and accomodating to my personal training needs. He always adapted my training to fit with what my body was able to work with and as a result there has been a change in my body definition. I feel firmer and toned. The diet was always monitored and Sukh always gave advice on the foods to eat. He has been great and I would definitely recommend training with Sukh especially if you are a beginner.

Sukh has helped me meet goals I have struggled with for years. I have been training with Sukh for a number of months now. The sessions are tailored to help me meet my target. My overall fitness and energy levels were very low before I started training with Sukh, now I feel a lot more energetic and fitter. The customised nutritional plan and support has allowed me to understand what I should not be consuming. He pushes you and encourages you at the right amount. I have already gone from an XL to Medium and can see really amazing overall results both in my body and fitness.
