I bought Samosas and the staff said that the imli chutney costs extra lol. What a joke! Samosas are sold everywhere with chutney and not on their own. Although its 20p, 50p you cant expect customers to pay extra for it when you firstly charge 1 pound for a samosa. Absolute greed! None of your competitors do this. They charged me 20p for the sauce and still didnt give me a full container.

A real bad vibe running through the management of these stores, especially soho road and ladypool road, just look at their responses to their customers by head office, forceful, rude and ignorant, it's just a downhill struggle from now, how can you treat your customers this way,.your loss prices do not match in-store with online, robbing thieves

Not great service, not a happy atmosphere, as soon as I entered the shop, they were rushing me, I dont recommend this place. The head office do not how to speak, poor customer service. They need training to deal with customer enquiries. Otherwise it was packaged well.
