We moved into a property in twickenham that had not been professionally cleaned, sewage leaks that didnt get fixed quickly, and we are currently living in a property with sewer flies and a awful smell and being asked to pay rent. (So much more information for anyone that would like to ask) all evidence is pictures videos and recording all time and date stamped to prove all of my points.
We got told to block the neighbours fire exit
We got told our neighbour was using our private area outside our flat because she was bipolar
Played us of against the neighbour telling her its a communal area and is that its private to me and my partner, telling us one thing and her another.
Shouted down the phone to me in a unprofessional way
Admitted fault, and also said she You shouldnt have to live like that at all, its appalling, its disgusting actually, its actually disgusting
and she doesnt care anymore, Ill let the landlord deal with it.
Texts at inconvenient times (examples below)

I suppose its back on me really, I should have remembered that your panel still needs to be opened up You shouldnt have to live like that at all, its appalling, its disgusting actually, its actually disgusting (yet we have been living in these conditions for over a month). Minimal effort made to rectify and no rush now that we have handed our notice in.
I would steer well clear, they since we have asked for their complaints procedure, they have proceeded to ignore this request multiple times as well as trying to make thing difficult for me and my partner to move into a new property by withdrawing their reference request they provided months ago.
To clarify, me and my partner paid rent for multiple months on time, and yes after all of the problems, we have had, that have not been fixed, and living in a property that shouldnt be let out we are refusing to pay our final month rent, we have the evidence as to why not.
We have had;
Sewage leaks
Inside and outside
Water leaking from the electrics
Property when we moved in not professionally cleaned and in a filthy state
Fans falling out the wall
Radiators falling off the wall with exposed wiring.
Many health and safety hazards
Contact with a lady in senior management has been informal and over text at inconvenient times
The lady in senior management asking us to block our neighbours fire exit
The lady in senior management telling us she didnt feel the need to check if our property was clean before we moved in as the other flats in the same block moved in with no complaints that week.
The lady in senior management saying she doesnt care about our issues and she will just forward them onto the landlord
We were pushed to handing our notice in (we were going to anyway) but on two separate occasions, The lady in senior management has mentioned, well your more than welcome to hand in your notice, implying she doesnt want to deal with us anymore.
Now the most important part - we have made a formal complaint, not only have the company not outlined this to us and ignored us they have tried to jeopardise our next move out of this flat.
All of these issues are being taken to a higher entity, those being Environmental Health, citizens advice, property ombudsman.
