        We used VV Link for a work event to Birmingham. Booking was straightforward and the quality of service was brilliant! the driver was great, on time for both the departure and return.

        Absolutely ridiculous company, Indians on the phones, no logical thought as you'd expect, can't understand what they are saying, and they couldn't book me a taxi because they weren't sure if they'd be avaliable on that day, I said can I book a taxi for the time and date I want or not, they said I can book it but they don't know if they have cars avaliable on that day, so how can I book a taxi if they don't have taxis free? The incompetence is unbelievable.
