Mum has her facials here and now I know why. Whilst I had laser hair removal with full body 10 treatments, Kimi was excellent from start to finish and never over promising and explaining everything upfront. Totally recommend.A Classy clinic in South Hayes!

. Honestly the best laser hair removal clinic bar one. Wonderful beauty salon with quality treatments which is clean, affordable and always accommodating as I children, work to juggle. Been to many, especially the bigger chains and this one gets my vote.

Was going to Uxbridge until my bestie said she had her laser hair removal here.Eventually paid for laser hair removal for underarms with 6 treatments and I am now over the moon. Brilliant clinic, that matches and usually beats those in Uxbridge for price and most importantly results.

This has been my worse experience ever. I actually thought I'd give them a chance more than once thinking maybe it will get better but it would just get worse. Wax equipment was dirty. Bed was so wobbly and flimsy. Towels were not getting changed between clients so someone else's naked body was on that towel nor was disposable tissue paper being layed down. I was burnt by the wax I even said its too hot. I was told its probably feeling hot because the weather is hot today. Wax was being applied on the same section several times leaving me sore. Small sensitive sections were done with one strip rather than smaller strips. Overall, very bad service. If you want to go for cheap and compromise on service then this is your place for you. If not, it's a no no from me! Not sure how to reply to your comment on here so I'm adding it as a edit to my review. You wanted to know when I last visited and are saying you don't have me listed as a client. I have definitely made appointments over the phone over the past year..as I mentioned in my review I visited a few times thinking let me give them another chance. I cannot remember the exact date of when I last visited.

I had a full laser hair removal 6 treatment package, though If I needed more, I will pay later. Honestly the best thing I have ever done. Fiance loves the results and so do I. Beaulaser you deserve the 5 stars.
