        Worst premier Inn I've ever stayed. I think these premier inns have been sold on franchise . The hotel is cold and you have to ask reception to switch the heating on for you . What a horrible cold night . If you have a Van don't park in their car park as there is a long list of Vans bein broken into weekly. The security is rubbish Rooms: Request for heating to be switched on . The rooms are cold and they won't tell you that you have to request for the heating . The bathrooms are low standard and untidy . This is a bad francise

        Staff were amazing. Room was spotless and everything how it should be. The location is great, Elizabeth Line at 5 min ealk. Rooms: Very clean room and very comfy bed
