I have worked at Avant for the last year and 3 months. I have learnt so much in this time and have had full support from the excellent office staff and field managers. Coming from a completely different background I have found this job so rewarding I can honestly say it has changed my life. This job allows you to be a kind and compassionate person and make a difference to the people who need it the most. I dont think I have heard the words thank you so much in any other job.
