What a lovely experience I had. Being in USA, I reached out via email to verify my order and Sarah was so gracious and helped me through the process. My friend loved her bouquet of flowers! I will definitely use them again in the near future!

I have never had such amazing service from anywhere in the world and I'm not even exaggerating. I called the store last December to order some bouquets as I was due to get married in between lockdowns. I spoke to Sarah who was so friendly and hilarious. The flowers were gorgeous but I never got to thank her. Today I shamefully just remembered it was mothers day on the 14th so went straight to Flower Site & Simply Flowers, spoke to Sarah who I was stunned to hear remembered who I was and ordered some flowers for my mum to be delivered on Sunday just when I thought it would be too late. Thank you so much! You're my go-to florist!

I ordered flowers for a funeral at very short notice, Sarah was amazing and very helpful. She went above and beyond to get the flowers delivered in time. The flowers looked even better than the online photo, I was very pleased and would definitely be using them in the future.
