I have been going to Berkshire Aesthetics for several years now. The clinic is fabulous with plenty of parking directly outside. The staff are really friendly and professional. I have my treatments with Barbara who is just incredible. Skin care is her passion and I trust her advice 100%. My skin elasticity and texture has improved massively under Barbaras treatments. I never feel pressured into buying courses or products. Barbara just gives professional advice and Ive never been disappointed with the results.

I can highly recommend this Establishment The Front of Desk Staff are always friendly and attentive Arleta my Aesthetic Practitioner is extremely professional and knowledgeable. From my initial Consultation she talked me through her recommendations step by step and no pressure was applied for the course of Treatments available. She also offered advice on self home care to assist with her Salon procedures I'm more than happy with the results after just three visits my condition has improved dramatically and I'm so pleased with the results so far Thank you Chris

Nice, clean & modern facilities and Im satisfied with the results of my botox, however due to a lot of personal stuff going on in my life, I accidentally missed my follow-up appointment. I received a short & rude phone call from someone called Anthea, telling me she was going to mark me as a no-show. Id encourage your staff to show some empathy & compassion because you dont know what someone else is going through - missed appointments arent the norm for most people & are rarely intentional. Additionally, your cancellation fees & policies are more than sufficient to protect the revenue of your business, so there was just no need for the hostility. At 265 for a frown line botox injection, I have already paid a premium for your services. I would expect polite, courteous service irrespective of whether an appointment was attended or not. I probably wont return after this experience. Update to response below: Im not obligated to call you back & discuss anything, especially after being spoken to in an unpleasant manner. Being a small business isnt an excuse for rudeness & you may be dissapointed in my review, but Im dissapointed in how I was spoken to. What I am entitled to do, after paying for a service & receving a rude phone call is leave a review that reflects this experience. Your member of staff didnt inform me that a follow-up would be 25, she simply concluded the conversation after informing me shed mark me as a no-show. In an e-mail she sent to me, she also states I can never receive another follow up appointment. You charge premium prices for your services, so a level of professionalism & decorum is expected when receiving your services, irrespective of when a patient messes up.

Updated March 2023 Recently I was back for my biannual visit at Berkshire Aesthetics. My consultant knows my face & needs very well so my visit is very straight forward. She can see what needs refreshing since my last visit and she suggests what might be best use of my time and budget. I am always so happy with the results and the care taken from start to finish and even through to follow up. Updated May 2020 After a break from my treatments I finally had my appointment again with Selina! The difference is so noticeable and I'm so happy. The change is so subtle and I always get told I'm looking fresher, without it looking like I've had major work done. Love love love my results and I hope I never have to take a break again (FYI, I was pregnant so had to stop treatment, worth it but I'm glad I can get my face back in shape) updated 8th April 2019 Once again Berkshire Aesthetics and the brilliant Dr Langdon (Selina) has brought me back to my fresh-faced self. I am so pleased with the results and as always incredibly happy with the advice given and the time Selina takes to create a bespoke treatment plan that works for me and looks natural. I am beyond happy and cant thank Selina and her team enough. I had my first treatment with Selena two weeks ago, since then I've had people commenting over and over on how good I look and the best bit is "the fact it's not obvious I've had treatments". I had botox and fillers professionally injected by Selena. Her being a GP made me feel very confident that she she knew exactly what she was doing. She talked me through the process and explained what the realistic outcome would be. She took time to design the treatment to best suit me. I'm personally extremely happy with the outcome and look forward to exploring other services in the future. UPDATE 2nd July 2018 I recently visited Berkshire Aesthetics for my bi-annual Botox freshen up filler top up. I'm a return visitor (and am sure I'll be a lifelong happy client) so I knew that once I was booked with Dr Selena Langdon I was in very safe hands. She knows exactly how much to use and where. She took the time needed to properly check that the treatment was doing exactly what I had asked. It's 4 days after my session and I can't get over how natural and youthful my face now looks. I really look like my younger self and to say I'm delighted is the under statement of the year. Thank you again Berkshire Aesthetics for the fantastic results! I've also seen Berkshire Aesthetics offer CoolSculpting - I'll be making my appointment very soon. I trust this clinic and know that their CoolSculpting service, along with all the other treatments they offer, will help achieve exceptional results. Update 13 February 2019 I've been coming to Selena Langdon for my treatments (Botox and Fillers) for years now. I won't go anywhere else as I know that she understands what is best for my face and takes care to ensure I'm always happy with the end results. Thank you so much, I'm extremely happy with the overall experience at Berkshire Aesthetics Update 5th August 2019 Last week I returned for my biannual Botox treatment and as per usual I couldnt be happier with the service and the care taken to ensure the outcome is exactly as Ive come to expect.
