This is a National Trust managed area of woodland and pools on the side of a disused industrial area. Although its not particularly large, it is peaceful, is a wildlife haven and is popular with dog walkers. There is a kissing gate on the Maldens Lane side and a style beside the footpath leading south from Malders Lane/Hindhay Lane. Just inside the Makders Lane entrance are a couple of picnic tables. Notices on site say its wheelchair accessible, but its not clear how. There is no parking in the immediate area.
